Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of August, 2025 Letters Testamentary in respect to the Estate of DAVID LARRY AUSTIN, deceased, who died July 21, 2025, were issued to the Executor by the Chancery Court of Humphreys County, Tennessee.

WHEREAS, Raymond Bailey executed a Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Union Home Mortgage Corp., Lender, which was dated April 29, 2021, and recorded on May 7, 2021, in Book TD238, at Page 1647 in Humphreys County, Tennessee Register of Deeds.
