Notice is hereby given that on the 28^th day of July, 2026 Letters of Administration in respect to the Estate of CHRISTOPHER CHARLES CLARK, deceased, who died on October 10, 2025, were issued to the Administratrix, Tara Noel Clark, by the Chancery Court of Humphreys County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or un-matured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2). Otherwise their claims will forever be barred:

2026 ANNUAL AGENCY PLAN

AND CAPITAL FUND PROGRAM ACTION PLAN

The proposed Annual Agency Plan and 5-Year Capital Fund Program Action Plan for the Waverly Housing Authority is available for public review until September 14, 2026 at the Waverly City Hall, 101 East Main Street, Waverly, TN, Monday-Friday during regular business hours.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 14, 2026 at the Waverly City Hall, 101 East Main Street, Waverly, TN. For those unable to attend the meeting, written comments may be submitted to Derwin Jackson, Executive Director, Waverly Housing Authority, 200 Spring Street, Franklin, TN 37064 prior to meeting.
