All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or un-matured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2). Otherwise their claims will forever be barred:

The Humphreys County Conservation District requests bids for a 1987 D7G CATERPILLAR DOZER SN3ZD00054 located in Waverly, TN 37185. The dozer is in good working condition with no known mechanical issues. Bids must be received at the District office at 234 West Blue Creek Road, Waverly, TN 37185 no later than 9:00 a.m. on September 2nd, 2026.
