Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of September, 2025 Letters Testamentary in respect to the Estate of ERIC KEITH BOWERS, deceased, who died July 22, 2025, were issued to the Administrator by the Chancery Court of Humphreys County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or un-matured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2). Otherwise their claims will forever be barred:

(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this Notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this Notice to Creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or

TO SHAWANDA LOMBARDO:

The State of Tennessee, Department of Children’s Services, has filed a petition against you due to the dependency and neglect of the minor child Colin Lombardo.  It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown.  You are, therefore, ordered to respond by filing an Answer to the Petition filed in this matter.  A copy of the Petition may be obtained at the office of the Juvenile Court of Humphreys County, 100 Court Square, Waverly, Tennessee.

RELATING TO ELIMINATION OF DANGEROUS STRUCTURES

COMPLAINT TO: JENNIFER PHAIR OR THE INDIVIDUALS OWNING OR

CONTROLLING THE PREMISES KNOWN AS 97 TRIPP ROAD,

NEW JOHNSONVILLE, HUMPHREYS COUNTY, TENNESSEE

Take notice that the Mayor of the City of New Johnsonville, Tennessee, acting as the designated public officer of said municipality asserts and complains that:

Real property with improvements located at 97 Tripp Road, New Johnsonville, Humphreys County, Tennessee, and further identified as Tax Map 87, Parcel 48.01 of the records of the Property Assessor of Humphreys County, Tennessee, owned and/or controlled by Jennifer Phair, is a public nuisance and an unsafe, hazardous, and dangerous structure, and is unfit for use. For further title reference, see Warranty Deed Book 207, at Page 130, in the Register's Office of Humphreys County, Tennessee.

NOTICE

A public hearing will be conducted before the governing body, the Mayor and City Council of the City on October 7, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the board room of the City Hall of the City of New Johnsonville located at 323 Long Street, New Johnsonville, Tennessee. All parties in interest may appear in person or by counsel at said hearing and may answer the Complaint there or earlier in writing. Testimony may be taken at the time and place of the hearing. Specifically, it is alleged that the dwelling is a public nuisance and an unsafe, hazardous, and dangerous structure, and that the property is unfit for use as it is consumed with junk, debris, and an accumulation of weeds and other overgrown vegetation constituting a safety hazard which is in violation of N.J.M.C. §13-218.

The governing body shall, at the said hearing, determine whether the structure under consideration is dangerous or unfit for human occupation or use, pursuant to N.J.M.C. §13-209. Additionally, the governing body will determine whether the property is a public nuisance and a dangerous structure pursuant to N.J.M.C. §13-208 and §13-209. If said structure is determined to be a nuisance and dangerous or unfit, then an Order will issue relative to the described structure ordering its demolition or rehabilitation.
